During that time, I was immersed in research from morning till night.

Since returning to the university in 1999, I have honed my skills as a clinical doctor, handling numerous cases such as kidney transplants and more recently, robotic surgeries.

In 2016, I had the opportunity to work in regenerative medicine using stem cell culture supernatant in private medical services at Ginza Solaria Clinic. Over the next five years, I focused mainly on research and clinical practice with deciduous tooth pulp stem cells. In 2021, I launched Solaria Clinic Tokyo as a platform for further research and practice in stem cell therapy (currently submitting a plan for regenerative medicine as of May 2021) and cancer treatment targeting NKT cells.

Research on stem cells and culture supernatants still has many unexplored areas, and there are various difficulties in designing research and implementing it clinically. However, I believe there are no shortcuts, and I am committed to conducting grounded research and practice to deliver the benefits of regenerative medicine to as many people as possible.

I firmly believe that our efforts in regenerative medicine and cancer treatment will contribute to the advancement of medical choices, even in the face of emerging and ongoing challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Career Summary

1989: Graduated from University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan

1989: Joined Tokyo Women’s Medical University, Department of Nephrology

1995: Assistant at Tokyo Women’s Medical University, Department of Urology

1996: Studied transplant medicine in Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA

1999: Assistant at Tokyo Women’s Medical University, Department of Urology

2003: Lecturer at Tokyo Medical University, Department of Urology

2009: Joined Edogawa Hospital as Chief of Department of Urology, Director of Dialysis Center, and 　　　Director of Transplant Regenerative Medicine Center (current position)

2017: Special Advisor at Solaria Clinic (current position)

2017: CEO of Panagea Inc.
